Refresh and surprise making your own Baobab Sorbet with a subtle citrus taste, and of course, full of Vitamins and Minerals!
Ideally an ice cream making machine should be used to achieve the right sorbet texture
Ingredients for 1L of
300 g of Sugar
900 ml of Mineral Water
Melt the sugar in a pan until you get a fine syrup. Make sure not to burn it. Mix the water, the syrup and the Baobab powder together and stir until you reach a uniform liquid, and pour into the ice cream making machine. The sorbet should be ready within at least three hours, depending on the appliance.
Serve with a leaf of fresh Mint.
