Make your own refreshing Baobab Sorbet at home, using an ice cream making machine.

Ingredients for 1 L of Baobab Sorbet

60g of MYNAWIRI BAOBAB POWDER

300g of sugar

1 L of mineral water

Melt the sugar in a pan, at low temperature until it turns into a fine syrup. Turn the heat off and add the the water and the Baobab powder. With a mixer or spoon, turn into a homogenous liquid and pour into the ice cream making machine. Follow the instruction of the machine, normally the Sorbet should be ready in the 3 hours.

Serve with a leaf of fresh mint.
